He lived at 527 Seventh Avenue West and was a pensioner. Bofli at Brandon, Manitoba, he came to Prince Rupert in 1908. He enlisted and served overseas during the first World War with the 7th Battalion. C. E.F. and was decorated with the Military Medal for gallantry. He was' severely wounded. His wife, whom he married overseas, died in England in 1939. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Mary Tschida, in Minneapolis. Minnesota.
