Arnold

Centre

Prince

an
integral
part
of
the
life
of
almost
all
of
us
end
it
is
no
longer
necessary
for
me

this
Centre

One
fact
that
stands
out
prominently
in
our
city
records
is
that
we
have
no
juvenile
delinquency

the
children
in
our
city.

believe
that
this
stems
directly
frum

Civic
Centre.

believe
me
we
are
the
envy
of
many
much
larger
municipalities
in
our

is
up
to
us
to

institution
operating
