The following national groups are already preparing to present numbers: Swiss. Scots, Poles. Irish, Enplish and Canadian. Mr. F. Bevls is program coordinator. Other nationalities in the district have been approached and are expected to participate. Exhibits of national arts and creative talent are being sought. Prime purpose of the festival Is to encourage unity among various national groups and to foster development of latent talent in young and old alike.
