Twenty- four ‘members and guests at- ‘tended the memorable event. “You are the first women’s ‘auxiliary in Canada, out of 50,000 members to receive a charter. and I extend’ to you the best wishes of all the ‘members of Local. 708,” Mr. O'Neal said, “This significant occasion completes two years of your ef- forts and your new role will make an immense contribution to the community,” Mr. O'Neal sald. .
