Dr. P. L. Builder, only veterinary surgeon in northern British Columbia, was in town yesterday to arrange for ao loca- tion to accommodate his 37-foot trailer containing a vet clinic complete with nurse and HI-Fi set. Dr. Builder says he will bring the mobile clinic which he says is the only one of its kind existing to Prince Rupert in about six weeks. .
