J. J. Little was elected permanent chairman. with D. McN. Lowe as" secretary-treasurer and an executive consisting of Aid. N. E. Arnold, II. M. Cowie and Dr. R. G. Knlpc. Following the preliminary organization, the next procedure for the executive will be to draft chairmen for committees on such subjects as fishing, logging, mining, industries, farming and welfare. The principal function of committees will be to collate data to be made available for those faced with problems of post-war re-establishment.
