STALKER Funeral service for the late Mrs. Edna Stalker, who passed away at Princeton on Decemoer 10, was held Saturday afternoon at Grenville Court chapel of B. C. Undertakers here. Rev. R. A. Wilson of First United Church officiated and Interment took place in Falrvlew Cemetery. Wife of Douglas Stalker, former local fireman and war vet eran, and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Edsar, pioneer Prince Rupert couple, Mrs. Stalker passed away after an Illness of five years. The remains were brought hero on Friday for burial, accompanied by Mr. Stalker and a sister of deceased, Mrs. Agnes Comer. Many friends attended the service and there were floral offerings from Prince Rupert and southern centres. The con gregation sang the hymns "Abide With Me" and "What a Friend We Have in Jesus."
