PEACE MAKES ITSELF F.ELT ON WEST COAST Like a lady wearing a fine new dress, the steamship Prince Rupert breezed proudly into the harbor this morning, before the admiring eyes of a wharfside crowd which welcomed her as an old friend. Gone was her drab, six-year-old garment of grey war paint, replaced by the peace-time colorings which she wore for so many years prior to 1939. The vessel emerged at the week-end from a Vancouver shipyard, where she underwent her annual overhaul, with her hull painted black, her super structure white, and her three funnels painted with their dis tinctlve red. white and blue bands.
